2.2 Packaging Design

• All Rivviv packaging designs (including box shapes, bags, labels, color matching, fonts, structural design, and printing materials) are brand-exclusive and protected by intellectual property rights.
• Intellectual property rights protect Rivviv's sustainable and environmentally friendly material innovation achievements.

2.3 Marketing and Media Content

• Rivviv’s advertising-related materials, including slogans, taglines, visual assets, video content, and social media posts, are all considered brand-exclusive content.

2.4 Website and Digital Content

• All internal content of the Rivviv website includes the business model, website design, user interface (UI), page layout, font selection, navigation system, source code, data architecture, and backend systems.
• All content published on rivviv.com counts, whether text-based product descriptions, blog posts, images, or audio.

2.5 Business Model and Operation Strategy

• It should be noted that Rivviv's business model, pricing system, supply chain system, and customer experience framework are all brand-specific.
• All our original strategies and models related to sustainable development and ethical sourcing programs are exclusive content.

2.6 Trademarks and Brand Logos

• The "Rivviv" name, logo, slogan, and all brand identification;
• It is strictly prohibited to use or register trademarks that are similar to Rivviv and may cause confusion among users without authorization.

III. Infringement and Prohibited Acts

Without the prior written authorization of Rivviv, no individual or organization may:

1. If you copy, imitate, or modify Rivviv's intellectual property rights in any way.
2. Nor do we allow you to extract, mirror, or reframe any part of our website;

IV. Infringement and License Application

You must first obtain written permission to use any of Rivviv's intellectual property, such as designs, images, and related materials.

Upon approval, both parties must sign a formal license agreement, which includes:

Fee terms (if applicable);

Confidentiality clauses;

Liability and Breach of Contract Provisions.

Any use without written permission or partial authorization will be considered an infringement.

V. User Rights and Fair Use

We respect our users' legitimate rights and interests, but we also need to consider the complete protection of intellectual property rights.

5.1 Legal Use

Yes, customers may use Rivviv's products and website content for personal and non-commercial purposes, such as:

5.2 Sharing and Attribution

4. Negotiation and Settlement: Rivviv can reach a confidential settlement and compensation agreement if the infringing party cooperates.
5. Legal Action: If the infringing party continues and ignores the infringement, Rivviv will initiate civil or criminal proceedings and seek damages, injunctions, and litigation costs.
6. Execution and Prevention: Rivviv will continue to monitor the execution of judgments and continuously update the system to prevent similar incidents.
