Rivviv respects every craftsman's skills and labor value, so we value them highly and provide them with a safe and clean environment.
We make creation a happy and enjoyable experience. We respect labor and creation, which is also the soul of our brand.

Fair wages and respect for labor
All Rivviv manufacturing partners must comply with local and international labor laws and pay a wage sufficient to maintain a decent living, not just a “minimum wage.”
We require all our partner factories to:
- Provide a salary that matches the local cost of living
- Establish a transparent salary structure
- Prohibition of wage arrears or wage exploitation
- Provide reasonable social insurance and welfare
Manufacturing is a culture and, more importantly, a connection between people.
Therefore, we ask ourselves and our partners to:
- Respect for workers’ dignity, culture, and beliefs;
- Any form of abuse, harassment, oppression, or mental intimidation is prohibited;
- Provide employees with safe communication and complaint channels, and strictly protect their rights.
- Participate in factory decision-making through democratic elections to strengthen workers' sense of participation and belonging.
- We firmly believe that "respect" is not just a slogan, but an action reflected in every listening and every fair decision.
Reasonable work hours and life balance
Rivviv firmly believes that an exploited workforce cannot create beauty and warmth.
Otherwise, we will not be able to provide Rivviv users with a good experience, so we require the factory to:
- Strictly control daily working hours and overtime frequency to ensure sufficient weekly rest time.
- Provide a very comfortable working environment and rest facilities.
- We encourage workers to take vacations; we hope they can spend more time with their families and learn and grow.
- Therefore, a respected worker can create higher-quality products and deliver happiness and confidence to every consumer.
Social Responsibility
We certainly don't just focus on our factories and partner factories; we also care about the community.
We actively participate in:
- Local community development projects;
- Employment support for women and vulnerable groups;
- The inheritance and protection of craftsmen and traditional culture.
This is an indispensable project for us; every cooperation is positive feedback to society.
